I love collecting curious or pretty objects: brooches are perfect as they are small...so they do not take too much place to store! Also they can be used so they have a practical function! Plus they come in so many shapes, materials, colours and can cost very little money....so it is a perfect investment overall!
My favourite are Vintage Enamel flowers, carved Lucite and Victorian silver brooches.
Here is a selection, most are available on ebay for as little as £ 6.00 - £ 15.00!
Also some artists on Etsy have upcycled the brooches into new items. I love the wedding Bouquets, the necklaces......the frames, so many great ideas!
